Bishop Lam “L.T.” Chuong is a former Buddhist, coming from his native country of Vietnam. He became a Christian after a supernatural encounter with The Holy Spirit at the age of 15. Bishop Chuong is a small business owner as well as the president of Voice For Compassion International (an evangelistic and church planting organization) and Voice to the Nations Foundation (an organization that provides a voice through economic, educational and spiritual empowerment to the abused and neglected with the love of Christ). Bishop Ardell Daniels is an apostle and oversees Midtown Ministries. Ardell is an ex-drug dealer and addict. God has miraculously transformed and raised him up for the last days. Ardell has a ministry that “goes to the other side”. He also has a burden to train men to walk in the power of God through intercession, warfare and deliverance.
In 2008 he acted as moderator for the World Dialogue of Civilization in Rhodes, Greece. Seventy nations were present at this secular venue. Ardell’s ability to teach the word of God with precision brings light to the hearts of many. He also uses his education and experience as a mechanical contractor to train men that are in a transition in life for this trade.

Jimmy Davidson Jr.
Bishop Jimmy Davidson Jr. began in ministry as a worship leader at the age of 16 and later became a youth pastor at 18. He was made the associate pastor of Alive Church before being named senior pastor at age 30. He is a second generation minister, following his highly respected father, Archbishop Jimmy Davidson. Bishop Jimmy has developed a strong track record and reputation of leading the church with great vision, power, and creativity as we push to see the Houston region won for Christ! Bishop Jimmy married his wife Karen in 1997 and have three children: Nathan, Caleb, and Kathryn. They continue to serve Alive Church and the Spring, Texas area as they seek to fulfill God’s calling in their ministry.

Bishop Dave & Debra Dolan are the Senior & Founding pastors of New Life Church in Sullivan, Illinois. Bishop Dave and Debra both grew up in strong Christian homes. Heeding the call of God upon their lives, they attended Greenville College in Greenville, IL. After college, they worked in several churches, in many areas of ministry. The Dolans have seven children–two sons and five daughters, six grandsons, and three granddaughters. Throughout both the local church and live stream broadcasts, Bishop Dave’s insight into the Word challenges and inspires believers to grow to new levels in their relationship with God and their service to others. His practical, passionate teaching style causes the Scriptures to come alive in the hearts of people and draws them into a personal encounter with Jesus. Bishop Murray Galloway began preaching at the age of 14 and began his pastorate at the age of 21 in Los Angeles, CA. He was first Ordained in 1986 and was Ordained as a Bishop in 2013. He is the Founder and President of HomeFront Ministries and is currently the Bishop/Overseer of multiple churches in several different states.

He is known for his humorous way of bringing the Word of God to life, and his loving and kind way of touching the lives of people. He is a well-loved teacher, able to impart his wisdom and his knowledge of the Word of God by example as well as by teaching.
Christ Church Fellowship of Ministers
Kevin Herrin is the senior pastor of The Fellowship of Texas City along with his wife Melissa. They have been pastoring in Texas City since 1990. They have travelled the nation speaking mostly at youth events and have even ministered in Word and song, internationally, in Zimbabwe, Uganda, Turkey, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Haiti and the Philippines.
Pastor Kevin feels a mandate to prophetically call this generation into its destiny of divine partnership with God. He speaks to that part of us that God has predestined for fellowship and relationship with Him. His and Melissa’s heartbeat is that our world would know its identity through Christ. Having served on the Mayor’s Coalition for Teens since 1993, Kevin was asked to serve as a volunteer chaplain for the Texas City Police Department and has done so faithfully since November 2007.
Kevin is a recording artist and has made guest appearances on at least ten recording projects as a soloist and has released three solo projects of his own. He has two books in the works. He has a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Jackson College of Ministries and is presently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership from Ecclesia College.
Dr. Gayla Holley
Mom's Against Hunger/ Role Models of America/ Ministry Launch
At a young age Gayla moved with her parents and three brothers to Liberia, West Africa, 65 miles from the nearest motor road in a mud house located central to a jungle village. Along with three brothers, Gayla attended school taught by her mother. The experience of this early adventure provided her with an early education in humanitarian mission work, which impacted her for life.
Supporting orphanages for hurting children, and homes for those who are in poverty, her compassion for the young, encircles the world. Dr Gayla founded the organization Mom’s Against Hunger, which feeds hundreds of thousands of children and their mothers around the world annually. MAH assists others in setting food pantries to provide for local communities, as well as offers aid in disasters for earthquake victims, hurricanes, floods, fires and tornados in the USA.
Millions of packages of formulated rice meals have been distributed in many nations to provide essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and vital nourishment to the starving through her efforts. Zimbabwe, Pakistan, Ghana, Liberia, Mexico, Romania, Belize, Malawi, Haiti, Guatemala, Fiji, Honduras, Zambia, Mauritius are just a few of the list of nations that containers of aid have been shipped to providing food and supplies to the impoverished.
Dr Gayla founded Role Models of America as an encouragement to women who succeed to model and lead the next generation. It is designed to allow women to use their abilities and talents to fulfill the desire to help others. She has hosted many educational events helping women to achieve personal life skills and leadership.
Suffragan Bishop Ric Lewellen has been involved in ministry for over 35 years. He is Founder of PR Ministries which has influenced lives of pastors in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, as well as the nations of Mexico, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. He also is Founder and President of PRMAfrica Foundation that is positioning to meet educational and medical needs in East Africa. Bishop Ric currently pastors DryFork Assembly in the mountains of West Virginia.
New Life Compassion/ Ministry Launch
Angela Mooney, born to Missionary parents in the Jungles of Africa, has always had a deep desire for Missions and to see the Gospel spread to the ends of the earth. She currently serves on the Board of Esperanza de La Hogar Orphanage, the Advisory Board of Moms Against Hunger, as well as the Visionary Board of Ministry Launch alongside her Husband.
Angela has been in full time ministry for 20 years and has a hunger to reach into the lives of women, and show the reality of Godly living paired with Christ-like humility and how to use faith to create change, regardless of the difficulty.
Her style of teaching illuminates her trials and triumphs to teach, to lead, and to break the personal bondages that women commonly experience. Above all else she values her family, Pastor Sean Mooney and their two children, Jake and Grace and considers them her “number one” ministry. William A “Dub” Phillips has been a volunteer with “Not for Profit” corporations, in varying capacities and roles over the last forty years. With a background in Retail Sales, Banking in both Family and Commercial Lending, Investments, Insurance, National Marketing and several years as an Automobile Dealer for General Motors.
Dub provides an entrepreneurial expertise to Clients, Members and the Fellowship. Dub is a Christian, married with six children and spends the majority of his free time with family and/or volunteering. He enjoys working to better the lives and circumstances of all those he comes in contact with.
Suffragan Bishop Robin Posgay has been a global leader in missions for more 27 years. Robin has served as an Assistant Pastor and a Gospel pioneer in many nations and many aspects of church planting, church growth, and pastoral staff training by conducting conferences and seminars. Called as an Apostle/Evangelist, Robin ministered in the country of Mexico for more than 20 years.
As a teacher, her passion has inspired her to equip and train Pastors and Leaders by implementing Bible Institute programs for Pastors living in remote areas. She has ministered throughout Latin America, India, Kenya, Philippines, Haiti, and Brazil while also serving impoverished communities and children with food and community education. Robin and her husband Ray have dedicated their lives to the salvation and discipleship of countless people.
In August 2016, Robin was honored to be elevated to the Office of Suffragan Bishop. Today, the Bible Institute in East Africa and the Philippines are her primary focus. Robin and Ray reside in Houston, Texas and are the proud grandparents of Judah and Abby.
Bishop Rafael Rios was raised and born in a nothern Mexico city called Torreon. He and his wife Argentina graduated from the bible institute “Fishers of Men” in late 1997. Later on they got married and move to Texas where they were ordained as ministers in the year 2000. They moved back to their city by God’s instruction in 2002 where they founded the church that they currently pastor, Oasis of Faith.
Bishop Rios has ministered in Kenya where a church was planted under his ministry as well as other 7 in the nation of Haiti. He has also ministered in Spain, Costa Rica, Panama, as well as in the United States of America.
He serves as Bishop in Latin America under the leadership of ICCI. The church in Mexico is growing and its about to celebrate its 15th Anniversary.
Dr. Gershon G. Suan
Coat of Many Colors Ministries
Dr. Gershon G. Suan is the Senior Pastor and founder of the Coat of Many Colors Ministries in Baytown, Texas. He holds a Doctorate degree in Theology, a P.H.D. in Sacred Literature and is a licensed Counselor in Formation Therapy. He’s also the founder of Next Level Institute, a Bible School that offers Associates and a Bachelor Degrees in Biblical Counseling and/or Theology. He serves on the Committee Board for the San Jacinto Section, Assemblies of God who gives oversight to AG churches on the east side of Houston, South Texas District. Dr. Suan is married to Sandra Suan and have three beautiful girls, Jillian, Julia and Jade.
Warf Ministries/ Ministry Launch
Pastor Morgan Warf is an Executive Pastor at New Life Church in Sullivan, Illinois, and co-founder of Warf Ministries. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Champions Centre College in 2016, and is a man of many gifts, abilities, and talents. His life experiences have given him a compassionate heart and a determination to impact this world for the Kingdom of God. After overcoming years of drug and alcohol addiction, Morgan has found his passion and purpose in helping others change their lives through a relationship with Jesus Christ.
Morgan and his wife, Liz, oversee Children’s Ministry and Worship, as well as help manage the day-to-day operations of New Life Church. Through their corporation, Warf Ministries, Morgan serves the Lord by developing easily maintainable websites for pastors, ministries, and non-profits. Married in 2016, Morgan and Liz both have a heart for helping area pastors and ministers and those around them, by sharing their knowledge and experiences with various aspects of church operations and administration.

Liz (Dolan) Warf, an Executive Pastor at New Life, is a graduate of Texas Bible Institute in Columbus, TX. She has been a part of New Life Church all her life, but came on staff in 2000. In 2006, her parents, Pastors Dave & Debra Dolan, along with Pastor John Morgan ordained her and launched her full-time into Student Ministry and the Worship Arts ministry. Because her role has changed over the years, spending time working in nearly every area of the church, she has a unique perspective of how the church operates and how to build the Kingdom.
Through her energetic and life-changing presentation of the Gospel, she is affecting today’s culture in a powerful way. Pastor Liz’s greatest desire is to see the body of Christ radically changed for the Lord. In 2016, she became Mrs. Morgan Warf, and the dynamic Warf duo is using every God-given talent and means to spread the Gospel and build up the Body of Christ.

Bishop Doug Young has been the Senior Pastor of Oasis for over 20 years. In that time, he has grown an 18 member neighborhood church into a community church with several hundred members and a global mission serving worldwide. He has provided solid pastoral leadership through preaching, worship, pastoral care, visitation, counseling and administration. Through mentorship, he has raised up a five-fold ministry in the house and have ordained and put into places those who are called by God to serve in ministry.
He received his degree in Theology from Texas Bible college in 1987 and has been in ministry since 1984. He is the Founder and President of Oasis Community Center RMA Re-Store. This local thrift handles their local benevolence, as well as worldwide missions. He is the Western Regional Director for Role Models Of America and sits on the Board of Directors. He is a Bishop of the Independent Christian Churches International.
He was raised in Louisiana and came to Los Banos in 1994. He is married to his wife Susan, has four grown children Anthony, Casey, Lauren and Charles. He enjoys hunting, reading, and playing video games and is an avid National Geographic and Military Channel surfer and is probably one of the best Smoked BBQ Pit Masters you’ll ever meet.
